2. Refund Policy: We do not sell digital products or prepaid legal services through this website. All payments submitted are for legal services rendered or to be rendered in accordance with an executed fee agreement or engagement letter. Unearned funds are fully refundable. If payment has been made for services not yet performed or for time not yet billed, you may request a refund at any time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Dispute Process: If you have questions or concerns regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a formal dispute through your financial institution.
